Daily dose: 2 sachets, to be consumed with the amount of water specified in the instructions for use.
• Mix 1 sachet with 4 glasses of water (approx. 800 ml) and drink it within 1 hour.
• After 1 hour, mix and drink another sachet with 4 glasses of water within 1 hour.
• Drink at least 2 liters of additional water throughout the day.
• Consume the mixture without filtering, together with the pulp.
• Repeat this process daily without interruption.
• During use, maintain a low-fat, low-salt, and light diet.
• Adequate water intake is essential for effective detoxification.

The optimal duration of use may vary depending on body composition, metabolic rate, and body fat ratio.
Why Might 2 Boxes Be Recommended?

Therefore, individuals with higher body fat levels may require a longer detoxification process.
In such cases, using the product for 8 days (2 boxes) may provide more comprehensive support.
Suggested Duration of Use
Individuals with normal body composition: 4-day use (1 box) is suitable.
